Construction Administration
Administer the construction process to assure conformance with design intent and contractual obligations. This includes site visits, addressing field conditions, making modifications to the design(s) that may be required, in addition to assisting project sponsors, managers and teams by providing a framework for them to operate within.
Team Coordination + Oversight
Provide oversight while fostering team and technical agility through the arranging, coordinating, attending and chairing of team meetings, design reviews and workshops while advising members of the management team and contractors, providing advice and guidance in order to achieve design quality targets.
Regulatory + Code Compliance
Inspect construction projects for safety and structural integrity, ensuring that they conform to government regulations, ordinances, laws and building codes set forth by the International Code Council (ICC) as well as local principalities.
Environmental Analysis
Analyze, examine and study the interaction of the construction project on various environmental factors, assisting the client in their understanding of the project's impact on and interaction with the surrounding environment, suggesting actions and policies centered on designing the most supportive, sustainable, harmonious relationship between the project and surrounding natural environment.
